PL123E-05HSI Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are a total of 8 terminations in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 2.5V. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. It provides a maximum frequency of 220MHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. 3.63V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 2.25V. Clock PLL works with 2.25V~3.63V supply voltage provided.
