PL500-37TC Overview
It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. A Clock PLL is included with the SOT-23-6 package. Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An upper frequency limit of 130MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.25V~3.63V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CMOS, TTL logic. Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillator (VCXO) is the type of electrical part that this component is classified as. According to the base part number, its related parts can be founded. This clock PLL features TRI-STATE; ENABLE/DISABLE FUNCTION; TR for better clock signal output. The frequency used for time clock generator's normal operation should exceed 36MHz.
