PL565-68QC Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An upper frequency limit of 320MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. There is a maximum voltage of 3.63V for this clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 2.97V. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.97V~3.63V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of 0°C~70°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. The RF synthesizer is compatible with LVPECL logic levels. This part number PL565 is related to the following electrical components.
