It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. There is a Clock PLL called Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 533.33MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.
