PL602-15TC-R Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the SOT-23-6 package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. There are a total of 8 terminations in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 2.5V. There is a Clock PLL called HCSL, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 156.25MHz maximum. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.25V~3.63V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of 0°C~70°C should be set. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVCMOS logic levels is presented here.
