PL602-21TC-R Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The SOT-23-6 package includes this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to NOT SPECIFIED to be essentially indestructible. As you can see, it consists of 8 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 2.5V. HCSL, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. Providing a maximum frequency of 100MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. Clock PLL works with 2.25V~3.63V supply voltage provided. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at 0°C~70°C, which is 0°C~70°C. It's compatible with LVCMOS logic levels. Related electrical parts can be found for the base part number PL602.
