PL602-22SI Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains this clock generator. It contains 8 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. A clock generator's input is called Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. An up to 125MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There should be 2.25V~3.63V provided with this RF synthesizer. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. It's compatible with LVCMOS logic levels.
