PL602-39OC Overview
It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. A clock generator's input is called Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 800MHz. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.97V~3.63V. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at 0°C~70°C, which is 0°C~70°C. LVDS logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. Related electrical parts can be found for the base part number PL602. A 16 pin is available on the PLL.
