PLL1700EG4 Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. The 20-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package includes this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 20 terminations.
