PM8841D Overview
Its SC-74A, SOT-753 package is adopted for higher flexibility.Gate drivers is package in Tape & Reel (TR) case.The configuration is supported by 1 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.Using a 10V~18V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate type N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.There are various related parts under its base part number PM8841.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER is employed as its interface IC.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 1A.To maintain higher stability, the supply current should always be 800mA.
