Power management is mounted through 4 terminals. Packaging is in the form of a Cut Tape (CT). The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. Please refer to power management for TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of NOT SPECIFIED for the package during reflow. A supply voltage of 3.3V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. In order to operate this power management, it requires 3.3V volts of power.
