RT8101GS Overview
With its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 10.8V~13.2V volts and has 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. With this switching controller, you can switch at 300kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Phase Control. Voltage regulator dc to dc is designed to operate at 100 % duty cycle during power-ups and power-downs to ensure reliability.
