RT8120BGSP Overview
As a result of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Cut Tape (CT). The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 3V~13.2V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. There is a switch at 300kHz that can be used with this controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Phase Control. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at DUAL. 8 terminations with a variety of function. There is a particular type of Switching Regulator or Controllers in switching converter. It is set to 85 % duty cycle to ensure voltage regulator dc to dc reliability during power-ups and power-downs.
