For greater flexibility, the 16-WQFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.A package of Cut Tape (CT) has been used.For its configuration, it incorporates 4 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.By using 4.5V~13.2V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.There is a temperature range for this device of -40°C~125°C TJ.A type of Inverting, Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.There are 16 terminations to form the base of its configuration.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.At the time of design, it is configured with 16 pins.This device operates with 12V supply voltage.There are various useful electronic components in its subcategory MOSFET Drivers.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 15V.Due to its power supply of 12V, it provides an effective solution to power supply problems for a wide range of applications.
