SI5350C-A-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. As you can see, it consists of 20 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 2.5V. Crystal is designed for clock generator's input.
