SI5392D-A11064-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain NOT SPECIFIED degrees of temperature during reflowing. In this clock generator, LVCMOS is used as the input to the clock. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 350MHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C TA is the appropriate ambient temperature. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CML, HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL, LVCMOS logic. This electronic component can be classified as a Clock Multiplier, Jitter Attenuator.
