There is no RMS current (Irms) for the current, since RMS currents do not take into account direction.Devices are characterized by their repetitive peak off-state voltage, which, in this case, is 1000V.Electrical, electromagnetic, and electronic devices require a holding current (hypostatic) to remain in the 'ON' state, and the current may be 30mA.In order to determine the effectiveness of insulation on conductors, leakage current can be measured and its maximum leakage current can be set as 3mA.
