SL2309SI-1 Overview
It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 140MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.6V of power. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 3V for safety considerations. There should be 3V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with LVCMOS logic levels. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 16 bits. According to the base part number SL2309, its related parts can be found. It is possible to connect to the frequency generators via 16 pins.
