SL23EP09SC-1H Overview
Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. As part of the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED under reflowing conditions. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 2.5V voltage should be applied. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An upper frequency limit of 220MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock generators can take up to 2.7V of power as a maximum supply voltageFor safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 2.3V. Clock PLL works with 2.3V~3.6V supply voltage provided. The ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of LVCMOS logic. It is a 16-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES WITH 3.3V SUPPLY.
