SM802120UMG Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. In the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. There is a Clock PLL called Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An up to 125MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock PLL works with 2.375V~3.465V supply voltage provided. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the HCSL, LVDS logic levels is presented here. This part number is related to its related electronic parts.
