SN74AHC02DGVR Overview
The part is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 14-TFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Cut Tape (CT) is used. NOR Gate logic is the basis of its operation. A voltage of 2V~5.5V is needed to ensure full function of the part. Around -40°C~125°C is the extended operating temperature. A Surface Mount mount is used for this part. Current output is 8mA 8mA in both the high and low states. This item is from the 74AHC series. 14 terminations have been made so far. 4 functions in the part enhance the user experience significantly. It is part of the AHC/VHC/H/U/V family of chips. Trying searching with 74AHC02 will yield device variants. It is injected into the part body with 14 pins. There are a number of applications for logic devices mounted with the Surface Mount pin.
