The part must have a voltage of 2V~5.5V in order to function properly. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C. Surface Mount is the mounting position of the part. Current output is 8mA 8mA in both the high and low states. The 74AHC series contains it. The total number of terminations is 14.
