SN74HC132PWT Overview
The part is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. A NAND Gate logic principle is used to make it work. A voltage of 2V~6V is required for the part to function properly. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C. There is Surface Mount mounting in Surface Mount. In both high and low states, output current is 5.2mA 5.2mA. The 74HC series contains it. Totally, there are 14 terminations.
