Shipped in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the part is easy to ship overseas. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. Using AND Gate logic, it functions. Voltage 2V~6V ensures the part's full functionality. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C. There is Surface Mount mounting in Surface Mount. In the low and high states of output current, the current is 5.2mA 5.2mA. The series 74HC contains it. In total, there are 14 terminations. In addition to 2 functions that significantly boost the user experience, the part includes 2 other features. I would like to point out that this chip is part of HC/UH.
