The part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Based on the Inverter logic principle, it works. In order for the part to function correctly, a voltage of 2V~5.5V is required. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C. Mounted in Surface Mount. In both high and low states, output current is - 12mA. 74LV is its series number. In total, there are 14 terminations. There are 6 features that significantly enhance the user experience. In LV/LV-A/LVX/H, this chip plays an important role. Using the 74LV05 search parameter will show you device variants. An injection of 14 pins is performed into the body of the part.
