SN74LV08ATPWREP Overview
The part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. A AND Gate logic principle is used to make it work. A voltage of 2V~5.5V is needed to ensure full function of the part. Temperatures around -40°C~105°C are extended for operation.
