There are 4 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. Manage ics operate at 3.6V supply voltages. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. A total of 4 pins are located on this power management. There are 4 pins on the supervisor. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1V. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 15μA is the recommended value.
