As you can see, this power management is mounted through 12 terminals. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 12-WFDFN functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Smart ON/OFF Controller products. According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 2V. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. It has a total of 12 pins that are attached to IC management. Pin count of the power management is 12. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1.65V. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. There is a supply current of 6μA for the power management.
