This power management consists of 5 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Please refer to power management for SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is attached to Surface Mount.
