This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. A Clock PLL is included with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are a total of 8 terminations in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called LVECL, LVPECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. An upper frequency limit of 2GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 3V.
