SY100S834LZG Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. As the Clock PLL's input, ECL, PECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock PLL works with 3V~3.8V supply voltage provided. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. Clock logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
