SY54020ARMG Overview
It is available in the case 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad, 16-MLF? for this cut smart buffer. The package is in the form of a Tube. For normal operation, 3.2GHz is the maximum value. The mount is made up of Surface Mount. This electronic part is classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution). Setting the temperature to -40°C~85°C will ensure reliable performance. Ideally, it should be able to operate from 2.375V~2.625V volts. Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount. There is an output of CML. The 16 pins are used for operation. There is a family of objects known as the SY54020. At a minimum working temperature of -40°C, it maintains reliable operation. 85°C is the maximum operating temperature required for stable operation. By default, the output of the circuit clock is set to 8. A electronic part of this series belongs to the Precision Edge? family. It is capable of handling a maximum supply voltage of 2.625VV. With the source voltage at 2.375V, it is possible to operate with a low voltage source. Keeping the supply voltage at 2.5V is the key to maximizing the efficiency of the system. There is no external influence on it, as it consumes 84mA quiescent current. We currently have 1 channels available.
