SY58052AUMG Overview
It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. The 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. CML, PECL, Data is designed for clock generator's input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 10.7GHz. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.375V~3.63V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CML logic. These related electrical parts are available for the base part number SY58052. Precision Edge? series electronic parts are used in this part.
