Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tube. Clock PLL is embedded in the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. There is a Clock PLL called Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 800MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock PLL works with 3.135V~5.25V supply voltage provided. The temperature should be set at 0°C~75°C to ensure reliable performance. The RF synthesizer is compatible with PECL logic levels.
