There is a case option of 64-TQFP Exposed Pad available for this clock divider. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. It is recommended that the maximum value for normal operation is 1GHz. In this case, it will be mounted by Surface Mount. Electronic components classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Multiplexer, Translator fall into this category. It is recommended to set the temperature to -40°C~85°C so the system can perform reliably. In order for it to function, a power source of 3V~3.6V V must be available. As a result, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. There is an output of LVDS. A 64 pin is used for operation. This object belongs to the SY89828 family.
