There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-6 package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. DC-DC switching regulators reach 12kHz switching frequencies. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.5V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of -Vin 2Vin. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 25mA. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 5.5V. DC/DC regulators of this type are part of the TC1219 family of voltage regulator 12vs. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 11V volts.
