Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.Tube is the packaging method.A total of 4 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Its recommended mounting way is Through Hole.In the absence of a 4.5V~18V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET in this design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~150°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.Numerous related parts are available for its base part number TC4468.The device is mounted using Through Hole.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 14 pins when designing.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 1.2A.Having the maximum power dissipation of 800mW indicates its maximum capacity to conduct power losses without overheating.If you want a stable supply current, you should keep it at 4mA.
