14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width)is the packaging method. There is an embedded version in the package Tape & Reel (TR). Currently, the output is configured to use Differential. JK flip flop uses Positive Edgeas the trigger. There is an electronic component mounted in the way of Surface Mount. With a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V volts, it operates. It is at -40°C~85°C TAdegrees Celsius that the system is operating. This electronic flip flop is of type D-Type. The TC74VHCTseries comprises this type of FPGA. In order for it to function properly, its output frequency should not exceed 140MHz. D latch consists of 2 elements. There is 2μA quiescent consumption. A total of 14 terminations have been made. The 74VHCT74 family contains this object. A voltage of 5V is used as the power supply for this D latch. Its input capacitance is 4pF farads. An electronic device belonging to the family AHCT/VHCTcan be found here. The RS flip flops belongs to FF/Latches base part number. As soon as Vsup reaches 5.5V, the maximum supply voltage is reached. A normal operating voltage (Vsup) should remain above 4.5V. Due to its reliability, this T flip flop is well suited for TAPE AND REEL. The D latch operates on 5V volts.
