For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Cut Tape (CT) package. In this voltage regulator, there are 5 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER. The harley voltage regulator is available as a SC-74A, SOT-753 package to save space. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is -Vin 2Vin. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 5V. There is a DC/DC regulator in this family that belongs to the TCM828 family. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can produce is -5.5V volts. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 5 pins are required. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least -5.5V. Accordingly, dc to dc voltage regulator's maximum output current is 25mA A.
