TL5001AIDR Overview
As a result of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. This dc control operates at 3.6V~40V and has a 3.6V~40V supply voltage. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. This switching controller can switch at 20kHz~500kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Dead Time Control, Frequency Control.
