TL7770-5IDWR Overview
A total of 16 terminals are used to mount this power management. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 2 channels. IC management is packaged as a 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. When 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. A supply voltage of 2 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. It has a total of 16 pins that are attached to IC management. 16 pins are present on the power management system. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 3.5V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 18V volts in this IC management. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Complementary. There is a supply current of 5mA for the power management. Supervisors are also additional features, such as [0] for example, which are worth mentioning.
