RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 90kHz.This RF IC features an enhanced SOIC package .16 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.This is a 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It must be below 40°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at 0°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.
