TLE2144MDWG4 Overview
There is a 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tube case. There is a growing number of terminations approaching the number of 16. A total of 16 pins are attached to buffer op amp. I would like to remind you that this buffer op amp should be powered by an 15V battery. It should be noted that this type of buffer amplifier is exactly what is known as a Operational Amplifier device. 16 pins are located on the operational amplifiers. With regards to the offset voltage of the input, buffer amplifier is rated at 3.8mV. It is recommended that this electronic component be mounted using the Surface Mount mounting type. The buffer amplifier functions well at -55°C~125°C as far as operating temperature is concerned. Using a supply current of 13.8mA , this buffer op amp will be able to operate. There should be no change in the voltage gain. A voltage rating of 4 is indicated for the op amp's operating supply voltage. The operating supply voltage of instrumentation amplifier is rated 22V voltage. The Excalibur? represents the op amp's series number.
