In the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc controls with 5V~60V voltage are supplied and operated. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~150°C TJ. Switching can be done at 360kHz with this switching controller. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount.
