Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 5V~60V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~150°C TJ. The switching controller can be switched at 360kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Current Limit, Enable, Reset. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters.
