A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 24-LSSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package.Tape & Reel (TR) is the form of the package.The configuration is supported by 4 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 7V~34V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.There is a temperature range for this device of -40°C~150°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.The configuration starts with 24 terminations.You will find various related parts under the base part number TLE7181.You mount it with Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 24 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.There are 24 component pins on the board.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 55V.Mosfet driver ic adopts BRUSH DC MOTOR CONTROLLER as Mosfet driver ics analog IC.
