In the package, you will find a 14-XFQFN-case to contain the op amp ic. An op amp ic of the CMOS type. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. The number of terminations approaches 14. Please take in mind that this instrumentation amplifier should be run at 5V. To be specific, this instrumentation amplifier is a type of Operational Amplifier. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type of operational amplifiers. With regard to operating temperature, this op amp functions well at -40°C~125°C.
