A 100-TQFP Exposed Pad package is included. The MCU has 41 I/O ports. The Mounting Type of the Microcontroller is Surface Mount. As the name implies, this Microcontroller is based on the 32-Bit Single-Core core. The type of memory that the program uses is FLASH. There is a temperature range of -40°C~105°C TJ for this Microcontroller. The electrical component that you are looking at belongs to the C2000™ C28x Delfino™ series of components. This program memory has a size of 1MB 512K x 16, which indicates what the size of the program memory is. The C28x Core Processor powers the device and is one of its key features. MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs make up the Microcontroller. During the manufacturing process, 100 terminations were applied to the IC chip.
