TO-263-7, D2Pak (6 Leads + Tab), TO-263CB is the package in which the ac to dc converter is embedded.The ac dc converter is available in Tape & Reel (TR) case.It is mounted in the way of Surface Mount .It is recommended that the ac dc converter be operated at a temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ in order to ensure its performance.A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog integrated circuit is used in this AC DC converter.As a result, the switching frequency reaches 66kHz~132kHz .In total, it has 6 terminations.There are 4 pins in total.It belongs to the family of TOPSwitch?-GX manufacturers.Switching Regulator or Controllers contains the ac to dc conversions.There is 12V output voltage from this AC/DC converter.In theory, the maximum current that can be supplied to the ac to dc inverter is 7.2A .Supply voltage across the converter must be 85V at all times.There is 265V maximum supply voltage across the converter.
