TPL7407LDR Description
The TPL7407LDR is an NMOS transistor array with a high voltage and current. Seven NMOS transistors with high-voltage outputs and common-cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads make up this device.

? A 7-channel Darlington Array with CMOS Pin-to-Pin Improvement (e.g. ULN2003A)
? Power Efficient (Very Low VOL) - VOL at 100 mA is less than 4 times that of a Darlington Array.
